A hand car wash with multiple locations was insured with a broker who had recently gone into administration. The broker & administrators did not arrange cover and the business was left uninsured across all their locations.
The business was facing closure and had been unsuccessful in obtaining cover through various broker and on-line channels. The owners contacted Ascend, after a recommendation, and in a last-ditch attempt, to see if we could provide help.
