Update on unoccupied premises
With lockdown measures being eased you should still remember that risks to business remain substantial and you should remain alert at all times.
Unoccupancy Conditions:
From 30 June 2020, business owners are advised take all necessary steps to protect their premises, including complying with their policy’s unoccupancy condition. Where this isn’t possible for any reason (except for policyholders who are shielding and where government or local travel guidance means travelling to unoccupied premises would breach regulations), please inform us as soon as possible.
