Essex win again in the Bob Willis Trophy!

Essex have made it 3 wins from 3 in the Bob Willis Trophy, with a win over Sussex at Hove. Essex remain the only unbeaten team in the competition.

Despite a few wobbles, Essex overcame the challenge to win by three wickets. This leaves Essex 16 points clear at the top of the South Group on 61 points.

Bowlers Jamie Porter and Simon Harmer shone again. Porter took five wickets in the first innings while Harmer took five in the second innings.

Paul Walter once again showed his worth as he was nominated for Man of the Match on Essex's Twitter, only to lose out to Simon Harmer.
