The Insurance Times Awards recognise and celebrate excellence and innovation across the breadth of UK general insurance. Judged by independent panels of experts from across the sector, they shine a light on outstanding achievement and honour the best of the best.
The awards will take place on the evening of Friday 22 November in the iconic Great Room at Grosvenor House Hotel in the heart of London’s Mayfair, and will be hosted by comedian, actor and writer Greg Davies with 1,500 in attendance.

This category is designed to recognise projects that have resulted in measurable improvements to the end-customer experience, in any business line.

Whether an introduced new technology in your processes to put the customer at the heart of what you do, given customers fast, accurate ways to report claims, or invested in customer education to support their decision-making.

The Insurance Times Awards quoted our managing director on the night “this is recognition for a lot of the work that we have been doing behind the scenes. It is about speeding the claims process, reducing spending and ultimately reducing premiums”
