This year, Ascend has been shortlisted for 4 awards at the Broker Innovation Awards!

The Broker Innovation Awards seeks to reward companies, employees and teams that truly understand their customers and the market.

The Broker Innovation Awards culminates a recognition of a specific implementation of an innovation in insurance brokerage, be it in service delivery, pricing, technology, or training and development. 

Taken together, the Broker Innovation Awards enables the full spectrum of insurance brokerage to be scrutinised, recognised and rewarded, while encouraging the innovations that remain at its heart.

Seventeen categories touch every facet of insurance brokerage, from customer service to the development and use of technology, while recognising success in specific lines of insurance, as well as the efforts of particular teams and, of course, leading professionals. 

There are also opportunities to highlight and reward work in diversity and inclusion within insurance brokerage, as well as celebrate and encourage the efforts of trainees.
