Due to the modular design of the flats, the tenants were having to fork out a lot of money for insurance.
The Solution:
Ascend completed a full fact-find 6 months out from renewal and carried out a market exercise establishing the most appropriate markets already being utilised. Ascend then took an honest approach to costings and charged a set fee to cover costs should a claim arise.
